Vite-vide

It’s a freestanding oven to prepare meal with Sous-Vide way.

This oven has vacuum machine integrated to make more spacious the kitchen table. It has the capacity for 5-6 bags, 5-6 persons.

Designed on a galvanized sheet for the external case, has a methacrylate panel mastered in some points for the display, and inside cavity is made on ABS.

The measure of this is 50,4cm (h) x 34,1cm.

This oven was designed in group. that was confermed by, Simone Catapano, Carmen Garnica (me), and Valerio Lupia, for the second workshop of the master.

This object has been designed for the master in Industrial Design an Engineering at Politecnico Di Milano.
